Above all else, the number one character trait that a candidate for hire with BSH must have is PERSEVERANCE.

Not everyone can be a Navy Seal. Still, many give it their best shot to see if they have what it takes to make it through Navy Seal training. Some individuals are cut from the program during training, some just quit because they can't hack it. If success was easy, there would be no failures. Full commission-based sales means one will inevitably have ups and downs. There will be weeks when an associate makes thousands in sales income and weeks where they will not even earn a pay check. So... What's the Catch? The catch to a new associate is the requirement that they be persistent enough to make it through their initial 30 - 90 day Learning Curve. That time period is all determinate upon a new associate's ability to be highly-trainable, an exceptional communicator to their managers, and having the willingness to completely forget whatever they "think" they know and follow our proven system. First, that system involves adhering to the training you receive exactly as given (versus what you "think" might be a better way of doing it).  Second, agreeing to travel to the given areas of your exclusive territory where our leading-edge technology systems have determined a "Learning Curve" new associate will have the highest probability of maximum sales at their level of tenure (despite what you may "think" is a better sales area of your territory at your tenure on staff). Third, having the capability to endure the initial struggles that are inherent to starting a completely new career with Buffett Senior Healthcare. Frankly, most people are not strong enough or determined enough to accept this. That is precisely why this website is as candid and direct as it is.
